The most honest plumber out there, have had an ongoing issue with the sewer drain backing up in my home. Have called out multiple plumbers, charging several hundred dollars a visit, telling me everything but what the issue actually was. Every few months having to call, they rotor root it, scope it and find nothing, always trying to upsell some chemicals for non existent tree roots, or some other silly thing. Not this guy, he came and unclogged my drain, explained what the issue actually was and then showed me how to fix it myself the next time the issue happened. I am a 60-year-old woman, with no plumbing knowledge. With his very simple fix, a hose and a bladder, I was able to unclog my drain by myself for the first time today. No upsell, no harsh chemicals, just a simple solution to an ongoing issue. I will call him for any other issues for sure, but for this one, thanks to his honesty, I am able to fix it myself. I appreciate your honesty, even if it cost you a house call, or in this case, several, you have saved me several thousands in fees for something I easily can fix myself now. Scheduling the appointment was super easy, even for it being a Saturday, and he even called to let us know when he was on his way. He arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the drain unclogged in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly.
